- Cut roast lengthwise into 3" thick slices. Heat oil in Sautรฉ Pan and brown beef 2 min per side.ย ย
- In a slow cooker, combine seasoning with broth and tomato paste. Place beef in slow cooker, turning to coat with seasoning mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 hrs.ย ย
- Remove beef from slow cooker onto a cutting board. Using two forks, shred beef. Add shredded beef back into slow cooker and stir to combine with sauce.ย ย
- Serve in tacos, burritos, sandwiches, rice bowls, and more.ย ย
