This recipe is good for your soul, your belly, and your wallet! It’s a cozy, hearty dish on a budget, so it’ll warm you right up. Cooking pasta right in the broth infuses the noodles with more complex flavours, while the pasta shells catch all that creamy, delicious sauce for a delightful, one-pot, pasta experience.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Cook ground beef in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat until browned, about 3–4 min, using Ground Meat Separator to break up chunks.
  2. Add broth, tomato sauce, pasta, and milk; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 11–12 min, or until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted and well combined.
Tips

If pasta is not cooked within 12 min, cook an additional 1–2 min. If there is too much water left over when the pasta is done, uncover and cook a few more minutes to let excess liquid evaporate.

Swap tomato sauce with 1 12 cups prepared Marinara Sauce.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup roasted veggies.
