Warm up with a cozy bowl of French Onion Soup, where the flavours of rich, caramelized onions meet our savoury beef broth in a speedy and scrumptious soup. Top it off with toasted cheesy bread, and you've got yourself a timeless classic with a modern twist. Preparation
  1. Heat oil in Wok or a large pot over medium-high heat. Thinly slice onions; add to Wok, and slowly cook, stirring often, until onions are lightly golden, about 15 min.
  2. While onions are cooking, preheat oven to 350° F. 
  3. To Wok, add water, Better Than Beef Broth Mix, French Onion Dip Mix, and mustard, if using. Simmer 8–10 min.
  4. Place bread slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Top with cheese and bake until melted and golden, about 3–4 min.
  5. Pour soup into bowls and top with toasted cheese bread. 
Tips

Use your favourite vegan cheese for a vegan version of the soup!
